Now that you've found PID, it's time to track down culprit. You can do this by using anor cool tool called "tasklist". Just type "tasklist" into your command prompt and voilà, you'll see a list of all processes running on your computer. Once you've identified offender, it's time to show m door. You can do this by using "taskkill" command. Just type "taskkill /PID /F" and you'll force that pesky process to leave. The "/F" stands for force, because you can't be nice all time, right? Haha!
